RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s aid agency, KSrelief, continues to make a global humanitarian impact by delivering critical assistance to vulnerable communities around the world.
In Syria, KSrelief distributed 2,290 food baskets and hygiene kits in Sarmada, Idlib Governorate, benefiting 6,870 individuals. This initiative is part of the second phase of a project aimed at alleviating the hardships faced by Syrian families.
In Somalia, the organization provided 1,200 food baskets to the most vulnerable families in the Baidoa district of the Bay region, supporting food security for 7,200 people.
Meanwhile in Sudan, KSrelief delivered 825 food baskets to needy families in Blue Nile State, reaching 3,986 individuals. This support is part of Saudi Arabia’s broader humanitarian response to the ongoing crisis in Sudan.
Since its inception in May 2015, KSrelief has carried out 3,438 projects worth over $7.9 billion in 107 countries, working in collaboration with more than 318 partners.
